I never thought I would get back into a good exercise training program, recovery has been long. When doc. say be patient, that is all you need, be patient! I am doing a bootcamp 3 times a week, and a personal training. I thought my core was really weak, until the trainer told me otherwise, it did make me feel so much better. After my miscarriage, I have been through a lot and emotionally it has been really difficult. My OB told me that everything is now fine and that we could try again. I needed some time to get in shape and feel better.
My scar is looking really good and it does not bother me at all, thank you to the doctor for doing such a good job ! By the way, for you reading this blog, I am french native, so if something my writing doesn't make sense in english that is why. :-)
Someone wrote me a few days ago saying that my blog helped her, it made me really happy and decided to keep on going with this. After surgery pregnancy that is...........
